New Battlefield 1 Game Mode Is Coming!

Dice and EA have done an amazing job in supporting Battlefield 1 for well over a year now. Well with Battlefield V due for release later this year, Dice have announced that they are winding things down and the monthly updates are coming to an end. However, a fun new game mode is being added.

It is called Shock Operations. It is similar to the standard Operations mode, but it kicks things up a notch. Instead of battling across many different maps, Shock Operations will take place on one map. That same kind of sector by sector combat is what the mode is all about and you can have 40 players in a game.

What is really cool about this is that the five maps that are being used are some that some Battlefield 1 players will never have played on before. This is because Dice are using maps that were part of the DLC packs. So by taking part in games of Shock Operations, you can test out some of the maps that you may have never experienced if you have passed on the DLC. Speaking of DLC maps, in the coming months more and more are going to be added for free so there is that to look forward to.

I think that this streamlined version of Operations is pretty darn fun and a great way to extend the life of Battlefield 1 a little bit longer, at the very least until Battlefield V is released in a few month’s time. Shock Operations is going to available at some point in June.

As we are all prepared for October’s Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 to not have a campaign and instead have a Battle Royale mode as its main “single player” content… which is kind of weird as the whole point of a Battle Royale mode is to play with other people. Anyway, that is not the point of today’s blog post.

Call Of Duty WW2 Nazi Zombies is the most story driven zombies mode yet, each of the two DLC packs we have had has continued the story on and I and I am sure many of you guys are genuinely interested in where the story is going.

This got me (and some other people online) thinking that one way that Activision could make up for the lack of a campaign in Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 is to have zombies be even more heavily story driven. While Zombies is at its best when played with other people, it is near impossible to progress far on your own actually. I still think having an actual story to play through would be a lot of fun.

I am one of the “weird” people who actually enjoyed the different campaigns in the Call Of Duty series. I always felt that more often than not they were actually really good and it was part of the game I looked forward and usually the first thing I would do each year when the latest Call Of Duty game would drop.

Do any of you guys think that adding even more story to the Zombies mode helps make up for the complete lack of a campaign?

Call Of Duty WWII Blitzkrieg Week 2 Highlights

We are now in the second week of the Call Of Duty WWII Blitzkrieg event and I wanted to talk a little bit about it so you guys can make the most of it.

Nazi Zombies: Nazi Zombies is heavily featured this week. You need to survive 125 waves, kill 500 zombies with equipment and you also need to rescue Klaus in the final Reich. To be honest, I do not think any of these are too hard as long as you are playing with people that know what they are doing. If you get stuck on a team with people who are not willing to communicate or work together. Instead of just quitting the match, use it as a way to get your equipment kills up and just go as long as you can.

By completing this, you will be rewarded with a Rare Zombie Supply Drop, which I for one am very interested in.

Contracts And Orders: The first one that will be live by the time you read this is to complete 30 matches, which is pretty easy to do. The second one starts on the 27th of April and will require you to get 90 kills in 50 minutes.


Also remember that we are all working towards that Community Event goal and there is also some Double XP events, which could be over by the time you read this so be sure to check and make the most of it if they are not.

This week is going to be a lot of fun. Any excuse to knuckle down and play some serious games of Nazi Zombies is cool in my book. I am going to try and organize it so I can play with people I know or at the very least have a headset so we can communicate and try and last as many waves as possible.

Is Call Of Duty WW2 The Last Of Its Kind?

It may seem a little strange to be talking in a kind of nostalgic tone about a game that is not even a year old, a game that still has a lot of DLC and community events to offer us.

But let’s face it, as much as we have all loved Call Of Duty WW2, we have all had our attention stolen a little bit by Black Ops IIII. Black Ops 4 seems like it could signal the next evolution in the Call Of Duty series where there is no campaign and the focus is all on the multiplayer.

I have talked about this before and if that is the case, Call Of Duty WW2 could very well be the last of this style of Call Of Duty. A game where you have a campaign that if it were released under any other name would be praised by the masses (why people hate on the COD campaigns, I have no idea!) a robust multiplayer that is supported for the whole year after release, a zombies mode that is also heavily story driven and DLC that has a lot of substance to it.

It has been said a million times, but Call Of Duty WW2 really is the complete package when it comes to first person shooters. While it may be “cool” to hate on the series. Those of us who play and enjoy it realize how hard the folks at Sledgehammer, Treyarch, and Infinity Ward work, especially given the tight deadline each studio has.

While I am of course looking forward to what Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 offers. I think it is a damn shame that there is talk of it cutting out the campaign and putting in a Battle Royale mode in its place. I may be greedy here, but why can we not have both?

Today I thought I would share with you guys my tips on the latest War Mode Map, Operation Husky which was added as part of the 2nd DLC pack, War Machine.

Now these are strategies that I actually use in the game and they have served me pretty well, so give them a try if you are having a hard time with Operation Husky in Call Of Duty WWII.

Use Your Molotov Cocktails Wisely

When you are playing as the Allies, you have a few Molotov cocktails that you can use. The first part of the mission where you have to get the intelligence from the Axis can be tough. But if you use the Molotov cocktails that you have wisely, it can really make things easier. I find that a coordinated attack where you really blitz the enemy right at the point where you can get the intelligence is the way to go. They can be overwhelmed by the cocktails and the other players can swoop in and clean up the rest and complete the objective. For the other side, I would recommend trying as best you can to stand your ground and do not let them group up to overwhelm you.

Work As A Team To Take Over The Radio Station

When you have to take over the radio station, I find that working as a team and having an attack that you are all apart of is the way to go. You can actually end this really quickly if you guys are efficient. So far out of all the War Mode maps, I would say that if you have a good squad, this is the easiest objective and that goes for both the Allies and the Axis!

Dogfight Or Dogflight?

Full disclosure here, I suck at flying games and 9/10 flying sections in games. Call Of Duty WWII is not too tough to get to grips with, but this is the section in Operation Husky that I do struggle in. No matter if I am clearing a path or if I have to take the enemy down. What I try to do is just do my part. If you have players on your team who are actually skilled in this section of the game, play a support role to them. That way you are assisting your team, without being a hindrance as you try to win the war all by yourself!

Of course, many people have their own tips, tricks, and methods for kicking butt in War Mode in Call Of Duty WWII, but these are some ways that I have managed to not just have fun, but also do very well.

No Single Player Campaign In Call Of Duty Black Ops 4?

Many news outlets are reporting that this year’s Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 is ditching the single player campaign. While there are many people who buy each Call Of Duty for the multiplayer only, the campaigns are more often good than not and a few of them are even spectacular!

From what I can tell, instead of a single player campaign, a Battle Royale mode is going to be the big selling point. I can get why they are doing this. Activision does not cheap out when it comes to the Call Of Duty campaigns. They are like big blockbuster movies, but the fact of the matter is, they make no money off their campaigns at all! Multiplayer, on the other hand, is a huge cash cow for them so from that standpoint it makes sense.

However, I for one am very disappointed to hear that there is no single player campaign in Call Of Duty Black Ops 4. The last two Call Of Duty campaigns, in particular, were both incredible. Last year’s Call Of Duty WW2 was like you were in a classic World War II movie and Infinite Warfare had one of the most over the top and fun campaigns in the whole COD series!

I have enjoyed the majority of the Call Of Duty campaigns that they have made so it is something I will be sad to see go. Perhaps this is a “test” by Activision to see how people react to there being no campaign in a Call Of Duty game?

Like I said, business wise, I get why they could be doing this, but as someone who has really enjoyed playing through the campaigns over the years it is very disappointing news…… hopefully, it will be proven to be wrong, but many major gaming sites are reporting it.

Make The Most Of The COD WW2 Blitzkrieg First Week

As I write this we all still have a while to enjoy the first week of the Call Of Duty WW2 Blitzkrieg event.

I wanted to make sure you guys knew how to make the most of it.

Orders: The orders for this first week are to get 500 kills. This is something that is pretty easily attainable if you are playing enough.

Contracts: This one here could be tough. You have to get 90 kills in 50 minutes. The contract does not go live until the 20th of April. Hopefully, when you try this you will be on fire and manage to plow through it.

Double XP: By the time you read this the Party Up 2XP will have already ended. However, you can still earn 2X Division XP all the way until the 24th of April and this is for all game modes. Any Call Of Duty player should always take advantage of any Double XP opportunity.

From April 20th until the 23rd, you can also earn double XP in Ground War by using the Mosh Pit playlist.

By completing the orders and contracts, you will earn a Blitzkrieg Bribe Reward. I think that this is not too difficult for the first week, only thing I am worried about is getting those 90 kills in 50 minutes. We all have those cold streaks in COD where it feels like nothing goes right! So I hope that I and you guys manage to pull this off.

While all eyes may be looking forward to Call Of Duty Black Ops IIII. Sledgehammer Games have just dropped their latest Call Of Duty WWII event, Blitzkrieg to let us all know that there is plenty of life left in their game.

I thought that the last Call Of Duty WWII event was fantastic. This one here is available right now and is running until the 15th of May so you have plenty of time to complete all the new orders and contracts.

The main event of this Blitzkrieg event is called Ground War. Ground War lets you play Team Deathmatch, War, Domination and Kill Confirmed in 9 vs 9 matches. Before these were 6 vs 6 and let me tell you having three extra people on a team makes things way faster, more hectic and just generally crazier.

Another neat feature is that we can play Prop Hunt and Gun Game in the HQ. That is right, Sledgehammer Games have turned the HQ that we have all spent a ton of time in, into a map. Sure you can only use it for these two game modes, but I think that it is pretty cool.

Of course some new weapons are also part of this event. Call Of Duty WWII Blitzkrieg is adding in six new weapons. These are a sterling SMG, the ITRA Burst Rifle, a Baseball Bat, Type 5 rifle, Type 38 Sniper Rifle and a M2 Carabine Fully Automatic Rifle. These are going to be permanent additions to Call Of Duty WWII, but there are going to be exclusive variations during this event that you can only get right now, so if you want them, get them before they are gone.

There is going to be plenty of time and chances to get double XP during various game modes during the event as well so be sure to check each day which ones are offering double XP so you can make the most of it.

I have had a blast with Call Of Duty WWII and think that as far as first person shooters go, it is one of the best value ones on the market right as Sledgehammer Games have done such a great job in supporting it.

Like most of you other Fortnite Battle Royale players, I was very excited when I logged on and saw that there was another brand new weapon making its way into the game. We only just got the Port-A-Fort. So for Epic to come back so quick with something like this is really cool.

There is no exact date given yet, but usually, when an upcoming weapon or feature is announced for Fortnite Battle Royale, we do not have to wait long for it to show up in the game.

What is most surprising about this Light Machine Gun is that it is a green weapon. This means that it is going to be common so there should be a lot of them on the map. The description says it is powerful with a large magazine, but a slow reload speed. I have a feeling that this is going to be a close/mid range kind of weapon. Which I actually welcome as so far the shotgun has a real advantage at these kinds of ranges over any other weapon.

Perhaps putting in the Light Machine Gun is a way for Epic to level the playing field a little bit? By this, I mean that maybe they are fully aware of how the shotgun has no rival at close and in some cases, mid range.

Most likely the Light Machine Gun is going to be in the game during the next update. Which will probably be in the next 48 hours at the most. Hopefully, this update is not going to see the game be offline for an extended period of time like the last one did!

We are all very excited for this year’s Call Of Duty Black Ops 4, even though we know pretty much nothing about it at this point.

Last year, Activision did a pretty big reveal event for Call Of Duty WW2 and it appears that they are doing it again this year, only it was not Activision who revealed it, but a UK video game retailer, GAME!

The event will take place on May 17th and it will happen in Los Angeles. We know this because GAME offered tickets plus flights for the event! It is a pretty awesome contest and you can bet that I have already entered it.

In order to enter the contest, you, first of all, have to be a UK resident, but you need to pre order, Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 before the 27th of April. If you are going to pre order the game anyway, you might as well do it now so you can enter the contest. I had no plans to pre order just yet, but I thought what the hell and I did!

You have to wonder what Activision is thinking about this. They usually like to announce things themselves, but this time they were beaten to the punch by one of, if not the largest video game chain in Europe.

May 17th cannot come quick enough as so far all we know is that the name of the game is Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 and the release date is the 12th of October which is a little earlier than we are all used to. However, the reason for this could be that they do not want to compete with Red Dead Redemption II which is released a few weeks later.

What Is The Best Map In Call Of Duty WWII The War Machine?

Luckily over the past weekend, I got to spend a ton of time with The War Machine, the second DLC pack for Call Of Duty WWII. I ended up actually playing a lot of standard Team Deathmatch and I found that out of the three new maps, I had a clear favorite and that favorite is Egypt.

From that first reveal trailer, I had a feeling this was going to be the case. But Sledgehammer Games have created a fantastic map here and I would go as far to say that Egypt is the best map in the whole of Call Of Duty WWII so far.

What I love about it is not just the aesthetic, which is cool by the way. It is the way that there are so many different ways that you can approach this map. There are plenty of narrow spaces that you can traverse to take people down at close range and catch them unawares. However, there are also some large open spaces, which thanks to the many higher sections of the map, can be a picking ground for a high-level sniper. Even me, a guy who sucks at playing as a sniper had fun doing this.

I am more of a run and gun, lone wolf type of Team Deathmatch player. But Egypt is such a well-designed map that you can actually come up with some pretty interesting tactics to flank and trap enemies to help give your team an edge.

Egypt is just a ton of fun to play and I think that even if you have already played a ton of Call Of Duty WWII, you will find that this map breathes a lot of fresh air into every game mode you play on it.

Those groups can then be born into AN “extremely small” safe zone on the Erangel map, that is visible from the instant the plane launches and does not change over the course of the match. to confirm that things get weaving quickly, everyplayer are going to be outfitted with one random AR or DMR, one random handgun, A level one helmet, level one vest, and one bomb, although you'll be able to loot better stuff from the buildings. Your team can earn 3 points for every kill, one purpose for every down-but-not-out, and one purpose for every revive, with the primary team to two hundred points claiming ending. War matches have a 15-minute cut-off date, and people United Nations agency die throughout the match can mechanically respawn in a very new plane, permittingthem to drop into the battle yet again. Care packages can drop each ninety seconds, resulting in frequent power spikes and clashes over the course of a match.

The second Call Of Duty WW2 DLC pack, The War Machine has been live for a day or two now on PlayStation 4 and while I have not had as much time to play it all as I would have liked, I have managed to play through a few rounds of the new War Mode map, Operation Husky.

I was a little ignorant on this going in, despite learning a lot about World War II in high school. I had no idea that this was an actual mission that took place during World War II and that is the inspiration for this new War Mode map.

Raven Software was the co-developer for this new War Mode mission and I think that the whole team that worked on this have done a great job. The idea of this new mission is that you need to get the intel, transmit the intel and then protect bombers while the Axis are trying o blow them away. Of course, the new dogfight section that has been added here is getting the most attention and rightfully so.

While I have only played a few rounds, I have enjoyed what I have played and even though, we did get to fly a plane in the campaign. What they have done here is quite different, as you are playing against other people, it feels far more intense. The sections that lead up to this are what you would expect, I do not mean that in a bad way, however, if you have spent a lot of time with the other missions in War Mode, you will feel right at home here. Once again, working as a team is the key to a successful mission.

I plan on spending a lot more time with Operation Husky this weekend and while I have enjoyed what I have experienced so far, I must be honest and say that it is lacking the wow factor that Operation Intercept had in the first DLC pack, especially with that final train segment.

I am a huge fan of Fortnite Battle Royale. Just the other day the folks at Epic games released a new update that included the new Pop Up Fort grenade. I love the sound of the Pop Up Fort and wish I could report on how effective I have been with it, but the Fortnite servers are down and they have been down for quite a while now.

I get that this kind of thing happens with an online game, it sucks, especially if it is the main game you are playing. While I love Fortnite, my love pales in comparison to my sons and his school friends and they are really not happy that they have not been able to play Fortnite together today.

I am a huge fan of Fortnite Battle Royale. Just the other day the folks at Epic games released a new update that included the new Pop Up Fort grenade. I love the sound of the Pop Up Fort and wish I could report on how effective I have been with it, but the Fortnite servers are down and they have been down for quite a while now.

I get that this kind of thing happens with an online game, it sucks, especially if it is the main game you are playing. While I love Fortnite, my love pales in comparison to my sons and his school friends and they are really not happy that they have not been able to play Fortnite together today.

If you are a PlayStation 4 owner, you are right now able to enjoy the fantastic War Machine DLC pack. This is the second DLC pack for Call Of Duty WWII and while it is only on PlayStation right now, it will be available on Xbox One and PC in around a month.

You may think that War Machine itself is what has gotten me so excited (which to be fair is kind of true) but that is not what I want to talk about right now. Sledgehammer Games have clearly been listening to us fans and they have added a new feature…. Or should I say taken away something that has been hurting Call Of Duty WWII and that is the limited sprint time.

Look, I know and understand that the World War II setting means that Sledgehammer Games could not have people wall running, boost jumping and moving around with NBA all-star levels of athleticism. However, the limited sprint time was something that I did not hate and I did get used to it, but it was still something that held the game back. Actually, I would go as far to say that the limited sprint time is the only gameplay feature in the whole of Call Of Duty WWII that I was not a fan of.

Well, Sledgehammer has clearly listened to the people like me who were not overly impressed with this and now have made it so there is unlimited sprinting in Call Of Duty WWII. I think this is awesome and already in the couple of matches I have played I appreciate this change.

I would love to know if you guys are happy with unlimited sprinting in Call Of Duty WWII or if you preferred the slower pace?

Playing as a sniper is something I have always struggled with in games from Halo to Call Of Duty, I always take too long to take my shot and most of the time will miss! Well, one of the best mods that we have here for our PlayStation 4 and Xbox One controllers at Mods “R” Us is Sniper Breath.

I can tell you personally that this is a mod that I use quite often in Call Of Duty, especially in Call Of Duty Black Ops III and I plan on using it in Call Of Duty Black Ops IIII too!

The problem with Sniper Breath is that in most games, you have to press in one of the analog sticks, doing this along with aiming can be really hard, awkward and just generally annoying. With the Sniper Breath mod activated, all you need to worry about is pulling on that trigger and Sniper Breath will be activated right away.

It honestly makes sniping an enemy so much easier and much more fun. Plus I have found that this has actually made be a better player in general as thanks to this mod, I have gotten much better at knowing when to take my shot, so I even play without Sniper Breath activated and have found that I am much better at using sniper rifles in general now.

Our modded controllers have a ton of great mods and while most people will be interested in things like quick scoping, fast reload, faster shooting and so on. A mod like Sniper Breath is a great way not to just give you an edge in battle, but make you a better sniper in general.

As I write this I am patiently waiting for today’s update to appear for Fortnite Battle Royale. Like the rest of the world, I have been well and truly hooked by Fortnite. I have really appreciated how good Epic have been when it comes to dropping regular updates and on the 11th of April (which is when I am writing this), a new update is about to drop.

Port-A-Fort is what has gotten me and many of you guys excited about this upcoming update. The Port-A-Fort from what I understand is a grenade like item. We have all been in the scenario where we are strolling along, feeling good about ourselves and then you come under fire. Before you can even build up some defenses you are dead!

Some folks are fantastic at the building aspect of Fortnite…. Some like me are not. When you use the Port-A-Fort grenade it will quickly create a structure for you. You can use this to hide, heal or just regroup. It is going to be the kind of thing that can really save your butt in a tight spot. I think it is going to be the kind of item that most people will keep on them for a whole game and in many cases never actually use it as many players may see this as an emergency item.

The video that Epic posted on their Twitter shows just how useful this can be, you are under attack, all is lost, but using the Port-A-Fort can give you that one last chance at getting out of whatever situation you are in!

There being some kind of Call Of Duty Battle Royale has been a rumor for a few months now. Well, that rumor is actually a truth now as people in China are able to play Call Of Duty Battle Royale!

Call Of Duty Online is an exclusive COD game for the Chinese market and they are the ones who are getting the chance to test this early version of Call Of Duty Battle Royale. The idea is the same as PUBG and Fortnite, you want to be the last player standing and the match takes place on a map with a circle that is always moving inwards.

Unlike other Call Of Duty game modes, Call Of Duty Online Battle Royale sticks with the Battle Royale formula by not letting you pick weapons at the start of a match, you need to find them.

At the moment the matches are only for 18 players, but perhaps this is something that will be increased over time as Activision figures out all the kinks with the game. Also, you can actually pick your spawning point which is something that I find very interesting. One of the more unique features of this Battle Royale mode over Fortnite and PUBG is the presentation. There is an over the top announcer who is providing commentary when you take down an enemy. I am not sure what the point of this is, but it does work.

For the time being only those who are able to play Call Of Duty Online are able to play Call Of Duty Battle Royale. However, many folks (myself included) have a feeling that this will be a mode that is in the upcoming Call Of Duty Black Ops 4.

Ranked Play began in Call Of Duty WW2 on the 1st of December last year. Surprisingly, you could not choose who you played with at first. Sledgehammer Games did fix this on the 19th of December when they allowed people to take part in Ranked Play in two player parties.

However many folks were still wondering why the ability to take part in Ranked Play matches as a full 4 player squad was not part of the game? Sledgehammer Games have announced that when the Call Of Duty WW2 Season 3 Ranked Play starts, players will finally be able to team up with three of their buddies in a full squad.

The third season of Ranked Play is real close, April 17th is when it starts. This makes April a very big month for Call Of Duty WW2 as we have the second DLC pack, The War Machine and then just a week later we have the third season of Ranked Play to have some fun with.

Sledgehammer Games have not revealed exactly how teaming up with three other players is going to work, but I would assume it is just the same way as it currently is when you are teaming up with just one other person that you know.

The 4 player parties being added to Call Of Duty WW2 is just another example of how Sledgehammer Games are knocking it out of the park with this most recent Call Of Duty game. They really have gone above and beyond to make it as a complete experience as possible.

STRONG STORY

Call Of Duty Black Ops has a story that I and many of you have gotten very invested in. I have no doubt that Treyarch is working on something great for the story. However, I am not sure if it would be best for them to have a whole new story or if Black Ops 4 should be the culmination of everything that has happened in the series so far.

MORE WAR MODE

While WAR Mode is Sledgehammer Games baby, it is a mode that is so much fun, I would love to see it return in the next Call Of Duty game. Having multiplayer battles that actually have objectives really does make for exciting gameplay. I would love to see this expanded on and also there to be more than three maps when the game launches, I personally feel that five would be the sweet spot.

A SOLID RELEASE

The last thing I want to mention is that there are so many games that are released these days that are clearly not ready and while Call Of Duty has not been as guilty of this as some other major games. I really hope that the guys at Treyarch are not taking the “oh we can patch it later” kind of attitude. I am sure they will not, but I hope that Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 is ready for war when it is released.

While it is looking very likely that Battlefield 5 is going to be released later in 2018. Actually, it could be more of a surprise if Battlefield 5 was not released in 2018.

The next big EA event will, of course, be EA Play which is going to take place right before this year’s E3 in June. It would not be all that surprising if they gave some information during their Play event and then a little bit more during E3.

EA is so far keeping things really close to the chest with Battlefield and that is understandable. EA (all because of their own doing) had a nightmare of a time with Star Wars Battlefront II. So they will not want to be making those same mistakes again. I would think that when they do showcase Battlefield 5 or whatever it is they are going to call it. That they will have a clear and easy to understand set of features that the next Battlefield will have…. Microtransactions is something I am sure it will not!

The big rumor, of course, is that Battlefield 5 is going to be set during World War II. Many people are surprised to know that World War II has not been a setting in a Battlefield game in the better part of a decade. So while World War II would not be a new setting for a first-person shooter, especially after last year’s Call Of Duty WWII. It would be a fresh take on the Battlefield series. The problem is that COD WWII was so well received that EA is going to have to really make sure Battlefield is packed with features to make people forget about last year’s Call Of Duty game.

I really thought that some news would have leaked in regards to Battlefield 5 by now, but EA is doing great at keeping it all close to the chest and after last year’s Battlefront II, who can blame them?

Drop Shot Controller Mod

Drop Shot is one of my personal favorite mods (I seem to say that a lot) that we have on our controllers. I have used it in Call Of Duty Black Ops III, Advanced Warfare, Infinite Warfare and even the most recent, Call Of Duty WWII and I find I do so much better with it.

You know when you are playing Call Of Duty and you think you have an enemy, but then out of nowhere, they are on the floor, shooting at you? Well, that is what Drop Shot does. It takes away the need for you to have to press in the analog stick twice in order to lay on the floor. The moment you pull the trigger to shoot, you will be on the floor.

It makes you a much better player and I will say that it is a lot of fun to use. It is also great if you want to learn how to Drop Shot on your own as it will help you realize what are the best situations to utilize it.

Drop Shot is just one of many mods that we have on our controllers, but I would say that it is one of the best if you find yourself (no matter the version of Call Of Duty you are playing) one on one with the enemy quite often.

When PUBG was released  last year it became an one hit wonder with over a million copies sold and as of now it has grown to more than 29 million copies this is on the computer alone not xbox one or ps4 included. This success of this video game made the PUBG millions of dollars also according to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds they lost a lot of money if others have not copied their work. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds filed a lawsuit on NetEase the company behind many mobile games like "knives out" & "rules of survival" they accuse them of copy right infringements. In the lawsuit PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds alleges that the mobile apps were released before PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds own mobile applications came out.The suit lists a many of elements that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds believes has been infringed on PUBG'S copy rights. This includes the vehicles - weapons - landscapes - buildings even the pre play game area that you hang out in, They copied the shrinking gameplay areas.

The folks at Bluehole Inc., recently revealed that they are working on update 12 for PUBG on Xbox One. The Xbox One version of PUBG has note exactly been smooth sailing and to be honest with you, I lost interest once Fortnite hooked me. However, the iOS version really invigorated my excitement for PUBG and hearing of a new update has gotten me back into the Xbox One version.

So what is in this new PUBG update? Well it does not appear that the Miramar Map will be part of this update (although I do hope they are teasing us and it is) however from has been revealed, we do know that there are more than a few “little” fixes that are part of this update, from issues with the HUD to smaller gameplay features that can take a player out of the game.

It may not be the biggest update in the world unless they are keeping it a secret and Miramar is part of it. But continually making these fixes is going a long way to making the Xbox One version of PUBG be a more fun and playable game.

One of the most interesting things about the PUBG update schedule is the way that Bluehole Inc. plans to roll them out every couple of weeks and from what I understand when there is a big update such as the new map or an event, it is going to be rolled out with one of these regular updates and not be its own thing.

I think this is the right decision and it will do PUBG good in the long run.

What Is The Next Call Of Duty WWII War Mode Scenario?

As you know by now, War Machine is the next batch of DLC for Call Of Duty WWII. It is coming to PlayStation 4 first on April 10th and then on the PC and Xbox One around a month later.

One of the things that I am most excited for is a new War Mode scenario. The one that was added with the last DLC was truly incredible, I won’t spoil it for you, but there is a section on a train that is really tense and a ton of fun…. When you are on the winning side of course.

What we know about the War Machine DLC and the new War Mode scenario is that it is called, Operation Husky. This sounds like a lot of fun with the story being that Allies will be gathering information on German targets. However in order to get this information out, part of this War Mode scenario is aerial dogfights!

This is pretty awesome and there was a fun section in the campaign that featured an aerial dogfight. Having this as an actual section of the multiplayer action is going to be a lot of fun. You either have to clean a path for the intel to get out, or you have to stop the intel from getting out. I think adding in aerial dogfights to War Mode is a great idea.

Not much more information has been given just yet, but if you have had a lot of fun with War Mode like I have, you will no doubt be as excited for this as I am.

While most of us Call Of Duty fans have one eye on the next batch of DLC for Call Of Duty WWII, War Machine. Our other eye is firmly looking towards October when Treyarch’s Call Of Duty Black Ops IIII will be released. I thought it would be fun to look at the latest Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 news and rumors.

The next big piece of information we can expect is coming in May when Activision is holding a large event.

While Call Of Duty Black Ops IIII is coming to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, no official word on the game being released on the Nintendo Switch. Some people though are saying that a Switch version or at the very least some kind of Call Of Duty game is being worked on for the Nintendo Switch.

There is also a remaster of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 in the works, but that has not yet been revealed to be part of Call Of Duty Black Ops 4. When Modern Warfare 1 was remastered, it was originally only available with the special edition of Infinite Warfare so perhaps Activision could do something like that again?

One of the biggest rumors floating around is that there could be some kind of Battle Royale mode in Call Of Duty Black Ops IIII. You would have to think that the chances of a mode like this being ready for launch are slim to none, but with how much the Battle Royale formula has taken off, we do know that it is something Activision are interested in.

Jump Shot is one of the mods that we get asked about a lot as it is not quite as common or as used as say Drop Shot, but Jump Shot is a mod that I have had a lot of fun with and I have no doubt that you will too.

Let me say that the majority of our mods (and Jump Shot is no different) are here to give you an edge in a game of Call Of Duty WWII, Black Ops III or whatever first person shooter you are playing. Some of them though, make playing a standard old game mode like Team Deathmatch so much for amusing and Jump Shot is one of those.

Drop Shot sees you running around and then when you pull the trigger, you hit the floor. Jump Shot works in the same way, except when you have Jump Shot turned on, instead of hitting the deck, you will jump in the air, making you a much harder target to hit and also leave our enemy wondering just what in the hell happened.

Jump Shot is a mod that can take a little while to get used to, but once you get used to knowing exactly where to aim, you will find yourself pulling off headshot after headshot. One of my favorite things to use it with is a shotgun. When you are up close and you pull that trigger and you jump in the air, you can do some major damage, even getting many one hit kills!

So while Jump Shot may not seem like the most obvious mod to use in a game like Call Of Duty WWII, it is a mod that can make playing any game extra fun.

Fortnite Battle Royale Is Now Available For All iOS Users!

Something awesome has just happened for fans of Fortnite Battle Royale and that is the game is now available to everyone on iOS! While some lucky players have been able to enjoy Fortnite Battle Roya Mobile for a little while now as they were lucky to get in on the early access/beta that Epic did.

Now all of us can get in on the action. I am thrilled for this as PUBG Mobile was way better than I thought it would be so it is going to be great seeing how Fortnite Battle Royale handles the huge influx of players that are sure to be coming its way over the next 24 hours. One thing that I will say is that if some of you guys jump in today or tonight and things are not running silky smooth, do not just blow off the game right away, I am fully expecting a few teething problems in the first week or so.

I say this because of how huge Fortnite has become. It is one of the most mainstream games in the world right now. So many people who may not have games consoles or a PC will jump in to see what all the fuss is about. Epic Games have already had phenomenal success with Fortnite Battle Royale Mobile in its limited rollout that it has had. So, things are certainly going to get even better for them now that anyone who has a compatible iOS device can play.

No release date has been given for Android users just yet, but that is usually the case as getting a game like this running on Android always seems to take a little longer.

Anyway, take a break from playing Fortnite on your PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC and give the Fortnite Battle Royale Mobile a try!

What To Expect From The Next Chapter Of Cod WW2 Nazi Zombies!

Of course with the Call Of Duty WW2 War Machine DLC pack comes a new chapter in the Nazi Zombies saga. I must say that Nazi Zombies is one of the best zombie modes yet in Call Of Duty. I did enjoy the more campy take on zombies that Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare did, but I am really liking this more serious and horror approach in Call Of Duty WWII.

What we know about the next chapter in the Call Of Duty WWII Nazi Zombies is that it is called, The Shadowed Throne. The Shadowed Throne will see us storm the very heart of Nazi Germany. Berlin is in ruin and Doctor Straub has is undead army wrecking havoc and killing any allies that they come across. We are right in the middle of this and need to try and put a stop to it.

From what little has been revealed, I have a feeling that The Shadowed Throne is going to be a bit more epic in its scale. This is because it is taking place right in the heart of Germany, so I am excited to see what is happening. Plus, I am sure that Doctor Straub has some more and new nasty Nazi Zombies for us to deal with. The more gruesome looking zombies that have been coming to eat us in Nazi Zombies have been very well designed and I am looking forward to what sick and twisted designs they have for this next chapter.

Call Of Duty War Machine and its next chapter in the Nazi Zombies saga, The Shadowed Throne is a little over a week away and I am so excited, I think it is going to be the first thing I check out in the game.

Stay Far Away From The Storm - The first rule of  Fortnite don't mess with the storm. It's your biggest enemy it's more scary than the 99 other fortnite gamers standing between you and royale victory. Because the secure zone gets smaller and smaller the storm hits you hard while taking your health away nonstop while you are in the storm. Always keep a eye on it keep running away from it.

Track Other Gamers - You will come across deserted houses,buildings,forts These structures could be anything from a set of steps to a fortress make note where they are located take into consideration where they are placed. They have been set up by other players that have a good idea where to build the structures.

Shoot first Get The Kill Watch for Others Before You Loot - As you're out there looking for the weapons and equipment to help you move forward. Don't forget that your equipment will be useless if you are dead. When going into a new area. Try to use your scope (If you have one yet) to scope out the new area make sure someone is not camping just waiting for you. You Always Have to be aware of your surroundings and look for traps that have been set up to take you out.
